Looks like a juvenile to me, probably in the midst of learning to fly. They’ll hold their wings like that when they’re sunbathing – they look symmetrical and unbroken to me. My guess is it’s screaming for mom out of hunger and confusion and isn’t sure if the shapes on the other side of the door are mom.

I saw a follow up post from the person who originally posted it on Facebook. Evidently it was just startled by the dog and later it ended up just flying away. So it’s not injured or starving or anything. Just spooped.
